Cindy was President of Heavy Hitters Music. Prior to taking the reins at Heavy Hitters she was the West Coast Director of Music Operations for CBS Broadcasting Inc. For 10 years she helped manage the day to day music clearance, licensing and general music operations for the Network and its many award winning shows such as Touched by An Angel, CSI, NCIS, Survivor and countless other Network series. She also worked as Director of Music Clearance at Evan M. Greenspan (EMG,Inc.), Warner Bros Television, and Lorimar Productions. Over the years, Cindy handled music administration and/or music clearance for Feature Films, Commercials, Soundtracks, Movies and Mini-Series and countless highly rated Dramatic and Reality series, plus On-air Promotion for three networks, FOX, CBS and UPN. Experience matters in this business, and being able to provide clients with excellent music, as well as excellent customer service, was her passion.

Bill is a graduate of Cal State Northridge. How did a former High School math teacher and golf coach end up in the music business? Hard work, sheer talent and the ability to sift through pages of PRO statements and cue sheets to find the needle in the haystack. Bill manages the behind the scenes day-to-day operations, accounting, publishing and royalty administration with meticulous attention to detail.

JESSICA VAUGHN is a rarity: a songwriter who understands artists, an artist who understands business, and an entertainment industry executive who understands––and empathizes with––it all. Jessica was still a teenager when she first turned heads as Charlotte Sometimes, a recording artist whose full-length debut on Geffen Records found a spot on the Heatseekers Chart and prompted VH1 to name her a "You Oughta Know Artist." Later, Jessica became a fan and critic favorite on Season 2 of The Voice and inked a deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing, before moving on from her Charlotte Sometimes persona altogether to write and perform under a new alias, LACES. Still defined by the honesty and cashmere voice that originally set her apart, Jessica’s work as LACES is subtly brilliant alt-pop for adults. Under her own name and as founder and leader of multi-service hive Head Bitch Music, Jessica continues to pen songs for other recording artists; write, produce, and sing music for Hasbro cartoons such as Jem & the Holograms, Baby Alive, Littlest Pet Shop, Equestria Girls, and more. As Senior Director at Heavy Hitters Music she has secured placements with the CW, Netflix, ABC, Hulu, Samsung, NBC, MTV, CBS, Cassegrain, Hallmark, Discovery, Ion & more. Jessica lives and works in Los Angeles.

Sallie began her work at Grey Advertising as a music producer, overseeing all phases of music production from musical concept to final execution of nationally televised commercials in collaboration with agency producers and creatives. Sallie later took her talents to The Lodge Music Production and The Diner Music Library, and as executive producer was instrumental in the growth of the company. She then joined Mixtape Club Music where she orchestrated the introduction of the music production company and catalog to twelve major New York agencies, bringing five of them on board in nine months while also securing the coveted opening audio/visual opener for the 2016 AMP (Association of Music Producers) awards. Sallie was a two-term president of the NY chapter of AMP, which is an AICP affiliated trade organization for commercial music. Sallie’s latest endeavor was being the account director for AKM Productions’ Kontent Core, a forward thinking music licensing Marketplace platform, and ReMasterMedia.com, a professional sound mastering tool. She is excited to now be a part of the Heavy Hitters team, bringing their quality music to NYC and the rest of the country.

SARAH SCHRINER is the Manager of Creative for Heavy Hitters Music Group. In her position, Sarah oversees new signings and A&R, catalog management, artist and client services, music licensing, and more.

Sarah attended Syracuse University, where she had the privilege of studying various aspects of the music business, while simultaneously training and performing as a vocalist at the Setnor School of Music. At Syracuse, Sarah performed both solo and in various vocal groups, in pop, jazz, and classical settings. There, she also dipped her toe in live event production, co-producing the 19th Annual PRISM Concert Series, a unique 360-degree experience of light and sound. Sarah also garnered marketing experience in various organizations, both in her position as a Marketing Liaison for Syracuse University Recordings, and as Marketing Director for the SU Yearbook. Having a strong interest in sync, but no immediate opportunity to explore it, she created one by pitching herself as a music supervisor to student filmmakers. She cut her teeth as a supervisor on the short film Underbrella, working with the production team and contracting a composer to create score to compliment the team’s artistic vision. This project lit a fire under her, and ultimately lead to her relocation to the west coast and pursuit of a career in sync and music licensing.

Having grown up in a military family, Sarah jokes that she hails from everywhere, but now calls Los Angeles her home base.

As an 18-year Music Industry veteran, Tim has worked and supervised royalty teams at 2 of the largest music publishers on the planet: Warner/Chappell and Universal Music Publishing. In addition, he spent a year doing Audit services for the music management firm David Weise & Associates, where he gained invaluable experience reviewing music contracts, tracking income from labels and PRO's as well as drafting agreements. This background and experience make him perfectly suited to guide Heavy Hitters into a new chapter of Publishing Administration.

FLOR AMEZQUITA is the Music Coordinator at Heavy Hitters Music where she assists with creative, catalog management, marketing, digital distribution, and more. Flor attended Loyola Marymount University as an English major and a Journalism minor with a focus in music. Where her classwork fell short in giving her the space to fully explore the music industry, she made up for with her time at the campus radio station. She started as a DJ for the online radio KLMU in her freshman year and eventually worked her way to Program Director and DJ for the station KXLU 88.9 FM. During her time as a director and DJ, Flor organized live events, interviewed artists, and provided a platform for undiscovered music and genres of all kinds. As she became more involved and curious of LA's expansive music scene, she started applying the skills she gained in journalism to her work in music. By the time she graduated, Flor had completed an article investigation into the DIY music scene in California as well as a documentary on Queer BIPOC artists titled Queer Out Loud. These projects led her to pursue a medium that combined her passions for music and film. Shortly after graduating from college, Flor found herself with an internship at Heavy Hitters Music, which has ultimately led to her current position as Music Coordinator.
